Ingredients ::
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoons sesame oil, oriental dark-roasted
Good on a salad with chicken on top
Combine dry sherry, soy sauce, vinegar, hoisin sauce and ginger; mix well. Add water, green onion, sugar and sesame oil; whisk together.
