Different ways to serve your melons

1. FROSTY FONDUE:
Skewer bite-size chunks of cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon on picks. Serve with bowls of melted vanilla ice cream for dipping.
2. HONEYDEW WITH GINGER:
Mix 4 cups bite size chunks honeydew
2 Tablespoons chopped candied ginger
1 Tablespoon sugar
Chill 1 hour for flavors to mingle. Serves 4.
3. CANTALOUPE SALSA:
Mix 1-1/2 cups diced cantaloupe
2 Tablespoons each chopped red onion, cilantro and pickled jalapeno pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Makes 1-1/2 cups. Good with fish, pork and poultry.
