Different ways to serve your melons

1. FROSTY FONDUE:
Skewer bite-size chunks of cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon on picks. Serve with bowls of melted vanilla ice cream for dipping.

2. HONEYDEW WITH GINGER:
Mix 4 cups bite size chunks honeydew
2 Tablespoons chopped candied ginger
1 Tablespoon sugar
Chill 1 hour for flavors to mingle. Serves 4.

3. CANTALOUPE SALSA:
Mix 1-1/2 cups diced cantaloupe
2 Tablespoons each chopped red onion, cilantro and pickled jalapeno pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Makes 1-1/2 cups. Good with fish, pork and poultry.

Add some fun with cookie cutters to your next meal.

Using cookie cutters, cut thin slices of water melon into shapes to garnish serving platters or individual plates.
