Ingredients ::
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
Low Fat
Preheat oven to 350F.
Beat together peanut butter, applesauce, brown sugar,
sugar, water, vanilla and eggs. Stir together dry
ingredients then beat in with other ingredients.
Place teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets.
Bake about 10 minutes.
