bear_flower.gif When was the last time you put together a puzzle?

If you think puzzles are just for kids, you would be so very wrong.

There are so many different kinds of puzzles these days, from small to large ones. Not only do puzzles come in boxes of 25 pieces and up to the thousands, but they also come two sided, in 3D, and some even are made of pieces that are all the same shape.

Puzzles can be great tools for learning, from simple things like shapes and colors, to the ABC's for little kids. As for the older children there are state maps, and subjects of nature and animals, history and science like the human body. Who says learning can't be fun.

Then there are puzzles that are so beautiful that they should be put into a frame and hug on the wall to be enjoyed. What better way to decorate a wall or a child's room then with a finished puzzle.

A puzzle will also make a great gift for anyone and for any reason. The perfect gift for that person who has everything or someone that is just impossible to shop for, or even for a couple. And don't forget it is a great way for the elderly, sick, or home bond person to pass the time.

What better way to entertain at a party or family get together then having a puzzle on a table with chairs around it. Pick a puzzle that may even go with the theme of the event. Everyone will stop and look at it and try to add a piece, and before you know it someone will even feel invited to sit down and work on the puzzle.

Time to take a second look at puzzles, a great new way for the family to spend some time together. So pick up a puzzle today for you, or someone else, or your next party and have some fun. bear_original.gif

bear_thumb.gif Remember to recycle the puzzle if you don't want to keep it by giving it to someone else like a friend, classmate or co-worker, or donate it to a school, church, hospital or nursing home. A cute gift idea would be to put it into another container other then the box it came in (so there is no picture), the mystery for the next person will be to finish the puzzle just to see what it is. You can always give them a clue.

bear_shy.gif I'm not really a big fan of jigsaw puzzels anymore... I used to like them as a kid but now for some reason they don't intrest me. Paul likes to do them though. I'm more into brain teaser like puzzels.

I like the idea of turning them into pictures, they have some REALLY cool images on puzzels lately.
