Full Version: Party Games

Everyone knows the game of pin the tail on the donkey.
Blindfold each player, one at a time. Spin each player around several times. Then point the player in the direction of the donkey. Whoever comes closest to putting the tail in the right spot wins.

But this is a game that can be played by children anytime of the year. What more fun then changing the game around. Why not a snowman and try to pin on his carrot nose, or a bunny for Easter and try to pin on his cotton tail.

Half the fun can be with the kids making the game pieces.

[attachmentid=46]

Get a large box or carton. Draw Santa's face on one side of the carton and color it in. (This game could be used for birthdays, picnic's, fairs, or any holiday depending on what you color on the box).

Cut out the mouth (make it BIG enough for the item you will be tossing in to it).

Give each player six marshmallows, each wrapped in plastic and tied with a bit of yearn. (or make bean bags, or in the summer small water balloons, or use sponges).

Mark off a place for each player to stand behind, like a string. If it is too easy, move the string farther each round.

Let everyone have a turn trying to throw the marshmallows into Santa's mouth.

The winner is the one who feeds Santa the most snowballs.

*** the best part is when the game is over they can eat the marshmallows ***
