Ingredients ::
- 3 level Tablespoons ground coffee
- 2 Tablespoons brandy
- 1/4 cup chocolate, vanilla, peach OR butter pecan ice cream
- whipped cream
Makes: 1 serving
Note: Use a large coffee mug to have room for the ice cream and whipped cream.
Prepare the strong coffee to 3/4 cup of water.
Pour 2 tablespoons of brandy into the mug; fill with coffee.
Top with ice cream and whipped cream.
Serve immediately with a spoon.
