Ingredients ::
- 1/4 cup horseradish, freshly grated
- 1 cup fresh white bread crumbs, crusts removed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon balsamic OR red wine vinegar
Italian - Salsa al rafano

Use with corned or boiled beef.
In a bowl, soak the bread crumbs in milk; and squeeze dry.
Mix horseradish with bread crumbs. Season with salt and sugar. Add whipping cream.
When ready to serve, add the balsamic.
