Ingredients ::
- 8 bags green tea
- 4 cups boiling water
- 3 Tablespoons honey OR sugar
- 4 cups assorted fresh fruit (nectarine wedges, lime slices, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 liter plain OR flavored sparkling water, (such as raspberry, strawberry, peach) chilled
- 2 Tablespoons snipped fresh mints OR 8 to 10 mint sprigs

Daily Values:
2% vit. A
20% vit. C
1% calcium
3% iron
Add the tea bags to the boiling water and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes; remove and discard the tea bags. Cover and chill brewed tea.
Before serving, add honey or sugar to the chilled tea. Divide the tea mixture amoung eight to ten 12 oz. glasses.
Add the fruit to each glass and bill with sparkling water.
Top each with fresh mint.
