Ingredients ::
- 2 pounds bulk pork sausage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1-1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
From: Betty Wolfgram, of West Bend, WI
Grease a ring mold.
In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly.
Add the sausage, salt, milk, onion, apple and cracker crumbs to the beaten eggs.
Pat mixture into the ring mold.
Unmold ring on a baking pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
