Ingredients ::
  • 1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 oz.) package peanut butter OR butterscotch chips
  • 1 (12 oz.) can salted peanuts
  • 1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles, crushed
Description ::

Makes: about 45

Melt the chips in the microwave in a batter bowl on medium low (50%) for 12 minutes; stirring every 4 minutes. May need a mix master to smooth.

Add the peanuts and crushed noodles.

Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper lined cookie sheets.

Let stand for about 1 hour or until firm.
