Ingredients ::
- 1-1/2 pounds chop suey meat
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables
- 1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- cornstarch
- 1 can chow mein noodles

Put the meat, onion, vegetables, broth, soy sauce and pepper into a slow cooker; mix.
Turn slow cooker on to low setting, cook for 6 hours.
When done, thicken with cornstarch.
Serve over chow mein noodles.
