Ingredients ::
- 1 pound hamburger/or any ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup OR cream of chicken soup
- 1 can water
- 1 large can OR bag chow mein noodles

Note: you can increase this recipe by adding more soup and noodles.
In a frying pan, brown the hamburger, onion and celery. Drain off fat.
Add your own seasonings to taste; to the meat.
In a bowl, mix together the tomato soup and mushroom soup, and the water. Add 3/4 of the chow mein noodles, and the meat.
In a greased casserole dish, pour the mixture in. Sprinkle the remaining chow mein noodles on the top.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
