Ingredients ::
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
- 1 Tablespoon minced jalapeno peppers (optional)
- 10 eggs
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain. Place into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish.
Layer over the sausage with cheese, onion, chilies and jalapeno.
In a bowl, beat eggs and seasonings. Pour mixture over the cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in a 375 degree oven for 18 to 22 minutes OR until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool for 10 minutes before cutting into 2 inch squares.
