Ingredients ::
- 2 teaspoons rosemary, lightly crushed
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Try it the next time your going to roast a chicken or turkey.
Mix these spices together in a small bowl.
Brush your chicken or turkey lightly with olive oil and sprinkle the spices all over and including the internal cavity of your bird.
Then roast according to the directions of your recipe.
