Ingredients ::
- 2 cups fresh corn off the cob
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- pepper to taste
- 3 eggs, well beaten

Cook the corn on the cob for eight minutes. Let cool.
Cut off the cob to equal 2 cups.
Put corn and the rest of the ingredients in a bowl to mix.
Butter a casserole dish. Pour mixture into dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour OR until firm.
