Ingredients ::
- 1-1/2 cups cooked corn
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cup milk

Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly.
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil in a frying pan, or deep fryer.
Brown on both sides.
Serve hot.
