Ingredients ::
  • 1/2 cup finely sieved raspberries (or other fruit)
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1-1/2 cups cold milk
  • sugar
Description ::
From: Jannette Jeffords, of Hartford, WI

Makes: 4 (8 oz.) servings

In a bowl, mix the raspberries and half of the ice cream. Beat until well blended.

Add the milk and beat until frothy.

Add sugar to sweeten to taste.

Pour mixture into four 8 oz. glasses and top off with the remaining ice cream.
