Ingredients ::
- 4 pints raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (1.5 oz.) package raspberry geletain
From: Jan Ramel, of Kewaskum, WI
Note: you could use other fruits that match a geletain.
Prep time: at least one day before you want to use it.
In a saucepan, cook the raspberries until soft. Add sugar; cook for 5 more minutes.
Remove from the heat; then add the gelatin.
Let this sit until cool.
Spoon into containers and refrigerate.
