Ingredients ::
- 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn with liquid
- 1 large can chow mein noodles

In a frying pan, brown the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the onion and celery. Simmer for 10 minutes. Then drain off excess fat.
Add the chicken rice soup, mushroom coup, corn with liquid and chow mein noodles, mixing well.
Transfer mixture to a 3 quart casserole dish and bake in a 300 degree oven, covered, for 1 hour.
