Ingredients ::
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup whole milk
- 2 shakes Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 oz. bulk pork sausage
- 1-1/2 cups hash browns, frozen and thawed or homemade
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice

In a bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, Tabasco and salt; set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the sausage until it is no longer pink. Remove the sausage and drain fat off.
Add the hash browns to the skillet to cook until tender.
Return the sausage to the pan with the hash browns.
Add the egg mixture and cook and stir until set.
When cooked, sprinkle cheese on top; cover and cook for about 2 minutes to melt the cheese.
