Ingredients ::
- 1 pound bulk fresh pork sausage (any gound meat would work)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tablespoons water
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes

Makes: 4 servings
Shape the sausage into four patties.
In one bowl, place egg with water and beat.
In the other bowl, place crushed corn flakes.
Dip the patties into the egg wash, then roll patty in the corn flakes.
Place patties into a frying pan, cook slowly, turning frequently over a low heat until browned and thoroughly done.
