Ingredients ::
- 1 qt. fresh tomatoes
- 4 pounds sugar
- 1 package yeast

Prep time: 8 weeks before drinking
Note: this wine is a pale yellow color and will not be red loike the color of the tomatoes.
Wash and cut into quarters enough tomatoes to make one quart.
Place cut tomatoes into a two gallon crock.
Add sugar.
Pour one gallone of boiling water over the tomatoes and sugar.
Cool to a lukewarm temperature and add one package of dry yeast. Stir.
Stir twice daily for twelve days.
Strain, bottle and cap wine.
Let age for 6 to 8 weeks, then enjoy.
