Ingredients ::
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 oz. coconut rum
- 1/2 oz. Midori melon liqueur
- juice of 1/4 lime
- soda
Christmas or St. Patrick's Day (if your looking for something green to serve)

Makes: 1 serving
It's intriguling lime green color subtle coconut flavor make this a unique and enticing concoction.
Combine all the ingredients except the soda in a cocktail shaker full of ice.
Shake well and strain into a well chilled martini glass.
Add a splash of soda.
Garnish with a lime slice.
