Ingredients ::
- 2 cups berries
- 1 Tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 cup orange liqueur OR orange juice
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- powdered sugar (optional)

Makes: 9 puffs
Place the berries in a small bowl, sprinkle with sugar, toss gently with liqueur or juice. Let them soak at room temperature for at least one hour.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the pastry sheet into nine 3 x 3 inch squares.
Bake the squares on parchment-lined cookie sheet until golden brown, for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and seperate pstry squares to create a bottom and lid for each puff.
In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and honey; set aside.
In a large bowl, whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form; then fold in the cream cheese mixture.
To asemble the dessert, place bottom of pastry on individual plates, top with a dollop of cream cheese mixture, then top that with a puff pastry lid, spoon over berries the berries and liqueur next. Then dust with powdered sugar, if you desire.
Serve these treats immediately.
