Ingredients ::
- 1-1/2 oz. light rum
- 1/2 lime
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 packet Equal
- soda

Makes: 1 serving
When made right, this Cuban classic is the zestiest, most refreshing cocktail around.
Squeeze lime juice into a glass.
Add the mint leaves and Equal.
Muddle the mixture using the handle of a spoon to break up the mint leaves.
Fill a coctail shaker with ice and add the rum and the mint mixture.
Shake well, remove the strainer and pour into a rocks glass.
Add a splash of soda.
Farnish with a mint leaf.
