Ingredients ::
- 4 pounds steak
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 2 cup dry wine (white vermouth)
- 2 (8 oz.) jars mushrooms, drained OR 1 pound fresh

Note: it could be put into a slow cooker on low heat for 6 hours.
Slice the meat in to small churnks.
Mix all the ingredients together in a Dutch onven OR a tight fitting covered casserole dish.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 4 hours, covered. NO peeking.
Makes its own gravy.
Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
