Ingredients ::
- 1-1/2 to 2 pounds round steak
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 to 3 cups seasoned croutons
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, divided

Makes: 6 servings
On a cutting board, sprinkle the steak with salt and pepper. Then spread with mustard.
In a bowl, toss the crautons with onion, celery and pepper. Add half the can of mushroom soup and mix lightly. Spoon mixture evenly over the steak. Roll up and fasten with skewers OR tie with string to hold together. Place in a roaster pan.
In the bowl mix the other half of the can of mushroom soup with 1 can of water, and pour this over the meat.
Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 2 hours.
