Ingredients ::
- 2 pounds round steak, cut in bite size pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 Tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 4 Tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry musard
- 3/4 cup sour cream

Shake steak in a bag with salt, pepper, flour and paprika.
In a frying pan, brown the steak in oil and butter.
Put the steak into a casserole dish.
In a bowl, mix the garlic, onion, water, soy sauce, brown sugar and mustard. Pour this over the steak.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours covered.
Add the sour cream in the last 10 minutes.
Serve this with mashed potatoes, noodles or rice.
