Ingredients ::
  • 2-1/2 pounds round steak
  • 2 Tablespoons oil
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, dieced
  • 1 (3-1/2 oz.) jar stuffed olives
  • 1 (10-1/2 oz.) can cream of tomato soup

Makes: 6 to 8 servings

In a frying pan, brown the steak in hot oil.

Place the sliced onions and green pepper over the meat.

Add olives with liquid and tomato soup.

Cover and cook over a low heat for 1-1/2 hours.

NO NO ADD SALT.

Thicken gravy slightly with a flour and water combo.
