Ingredients ::
- round steak, cut into 4 inch squares
- bacon, cooked and diced, reserve drippings
- diced onion, to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
From: Adleine Flasch, of West Bend, WI
Place diced bacon and onion in center of each steak square.
Roll together and fasten with toothpicks OR tie with strings.
Brown in bacon drippins and let stew for 1 hour, adding a little hot water.
Season with salt and pepper.
