Ingredients ::
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 3 Tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crabmeat
  • 3 Tablespoons dry bread crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons cooking oil

Makes: 8 servings

In a bowl, mix together the egg, soft bread crumbs, mayonnaise, green onion, pepper and salt. Then toss the crabmeat in. When mixed, add the dry bread crumbs and pack into 8 patties.

Warm oil in frying pan, sear in pan for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Add more oil if needed, pat dry when finished and serve warm.
