Ingredients ::
- Watermelon cut in chunks
- onion thinly sliced
- 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons mint chopped
- cucumbers sliced
- 2 Tablespoons salad oil
- 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white wine

Note: this recipe is flexible with the watermelon, onion and cucumbers, so use as much as you like. The dressing is adequate for a medium sized salad.
In a large bowl, put the watermelon, onion and cucumbers.
In another bowl, combine the vinegar, mint, salad oil, brown sugar and wine; mix to dissolve the sugar. Pour over the salad and toss.
