Ingredients ::
- 4 cups rhubarb chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box red jell-o mix (dry)
- 2 cups marshmallows
- 1 white cake mix
From: Marcellene Zola, of Oslo, WI
In a bowl, mix the rhubarb, sugar and jell-o together. Then pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Top with marshmallows.
In another bowl, mix the white cake mix according to the directions on the box, then pour it over the top of the marshmallows.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Serve with rhubarb up and top with whipped cream.
