Ingredients ::
- Cake:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Frosting:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
- 5 Tablespoons butter
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1 heaping cup chocolate chips

Combine the butter, water and cocoa in a saucepan, over medium heat, cook until it boils.
Cool butter mixture first. Then add the sugar, flour, salt, eggs, baking soda, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour batter into a 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
Frosting:
In a saucepan, boil the sugar, milk and butter or one minute. Add the vanilla and chocolate chips. Beat hard until smooth.
Frost when cake is cool.
