Ingredients ::
  • 1 bag frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 small head cauliflower broken into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup celery, chopped into pieces
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cashews, chopped

Makes: 10 to 12 servings

In a bowl, combine the peas, cauliflower, celery and onion.

In a separate bowl, combine the Ranch dressing, sour cream, dill and salt/pepper.

Fold dressing into the vegetables.

Chill for several hours or overnight.

Add the cashews just before serving.
