Ingredients ::
- 2 bunches of broccoli
- 1 small cauliflower
- 1 medium red onion, quartered and sliced thin
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoon vinegar

Makes: 10 to 12 servings
In a bowl, mix broccoli, cauliflower, onions and bacon together.
In a separate bowl, blend together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
Then fold the dressing into the vegetable mixture.
Add the grated cheese on top.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
