Ingredients ::
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1 pound venison OR other big game meat
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes, juice reserved
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced potatoes, drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Makes; 6 to 8 servings
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease a 2 quart casserole dish; set aside.
Cook noodles accoring to the package directions. Rinse and drain. Place the noodles in the casserole dish.
In a medium skillet, cook the meat, onion and garlic in oil over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the meat is not longer pink and onion is tender.
Add the meat mixture and remaining ingredients to the noodles; mix well and cover.
Bake untill casseerole is hot and bubbly around the edges, for 35 to 45 minutes.
