Ingredients ::
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) beef broth
- 1-1/2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1-1/2 cups frozen cut green beans
- 2 Tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, divided

Makes: 4 servings
In a large skillet, brown beef with onion over a medium high heat. Drain off fat.
Add broth to the skillet; bring to a boil.
Stir in the pasta. Return to a boil, then simmer, covered; for 8 minutes.
Stir in the tomatoes, green beans, tomato paste, oregano, cinnamon, and garlic powder. Return to a boil.
Stir in 1/2 cup of feta cheese. Simmer, uncovered for 7 to 10 minutes; until sauce thickens slightly.
Sprinle with the remaining feta cheese when serving.
