Ingredients ::
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, undrained
- 1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
- 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 soup can water
- 1/2 package dry onion soup mix
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained (optional)

Makes: 6 servings
In a skillet, brown the ground beef, then drain.
In a greased 2 quart casserole dish, combine the beef with sauerkraut, rice, soup, water and soup mix. Add mushrooms, if desired.
Cover dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Us oven mitts or have an adult help you remove it from the oven.
