Ingredients ::
- 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise OR salad dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon instant minced onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Place the cauliflower in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish with a cover. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Microwave, covered on high for 7 to 8 minutes OR until cauliflower is just about tender.
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, onion and mustard, mixing well.
Place the cooked cauliflower in a serving dish. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the cauliflower. Then sprinkle with the cheese.
Return, uncovered to microwave and cook on high for 1 minute to heat the topping and melt the cheese.
