Ingredients ::
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tespoon grated lime peel
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 prepared 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • grated lime peel for garnish on top, if desired

Makes: 8 servings

In a blender, combine the corn syrup, milk, sugar, grated lime peel and juice. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth.

With the blender running, gradually add the cream cheese, blending just until smooth.

Pour mixture into the crust.

Freeze for 6 to 8 hours.

To serve, garnish with whipped cream and lime peel.
