Ingredients ::
  • 1-1/3 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. frozen whipped topping
  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix

Makes: 4 servings

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the flour, margarine and nuts together. Pat mixture down in the bottom of a 9 x 12 inch baking pan.

Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Then fold in half of the whipped topping. Pour this mixture over the baked crust.

In a bowl, prepare the pistachio pudding mix as directed on the box. Pour the thickened pudding over the cream cheese mixture on the crust.

Then top that with the remaining half of the whipped topping.

Chill to set, before serving.
