Ingredients ::
- 1 package (1 pound, 3.8 oz.) fudge brownie mix
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves (jelly or jam)
- 1 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1 Tablespoon butter OR margarine

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare and bake the brownie mix as directed on the package for fudge-lilke brownies in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool completely.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and preserves in a small bowl with an electric mixer on a medium speed until smooth. Spread mixture over the brownies.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
In a small microwave safe bowl, OR on the stove in a small sauce pan; melt the chocolate and butter - about 1 minute or until smooth. Drizzle this over the brownies.
Return to refrigerate for another hour OR until the chocolate is firm before cutting to serve.
