Ingredients ::
  • Rolls:
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 Tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Syrup:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup boiling water

Syrup:
In an oven safe pan, boil sugar, butter and boiling water; for 2 to 3 minutes.

In a bowl, mix the Bisquick and milk with a fork.

Put dough on wax paper and knead.

Roll into a rectangle on floured surface (dough will be sticky).

Spread the melted butter, sugar and raspberries over dough.

Roll yelly roll style and seal the ends.

Cut into 1 inch slices and place in syrup.

Bake in a 450 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Serve warm with ice cream or half and half cream.
