Ingredients ::
- 1 package (12 oz.) vanilla wafers
- 5 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 3 Tablespoons hot water, divided
- 4 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs, ligtly beaten
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 Tablespoon cocoa

Makes; 12 servings
Prep time: make the night before serving.
Layer half of the wafers in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, dissolve 2 teaspoons coffee granules in 2 tablespoons hot water.
Brush the wafers with half of the coffee, set the remaining mixture aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and sour cream until smooth. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until combined. Divide the batter in half.
Dissolve the remaining coffee granules in with the remaining hot water; stir into one portion of the batter. Then spread mixture over the wafers.
Layer with remaining wafers; brush with reserved coffee. Top with remaining batter.
Bake in a 325 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Carefully run the knife around the edge of the dish to loosen, cool for one hour longer.
Refrigerate overnight.
Spread with whipped topping; and dust with cocoa at time of serving.
