Ingredients ::
- 3 Tablespoons cooking oil
- 2-1/2 to 3 pounds chicken parts
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary leaves, chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 cups sliced potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 lemon, cut in wedges for garnish

Heat the oil in an ovenproof skillet. Add the chicken and garlic; brown chicken. Pour off excess fat. Add the wine, rosemary and bay leaf. cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes, salt and pepper to the pan. Bake in the oven covered, at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes OR until the potatoes and chicken are tender.
Pour off any excess fat, if necessary.
Garnish with lemon wedges when serving.
