Ingredients ::
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/3 cup egg substitute
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 2 to 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chopped pecans
  • pancake syrup
Description ::

Makes: 4 servings

Spray 4 ramekins with nonstick cooking spray.

Mix cheese, egg substitute, vanilla and maple extract, and sugar in a bowl. Pour mixture into the ramekins.

Top each with 1 teaspoon of chopped pecans.

Bake in the oven at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Drizzle with a spoonful of syrup over the custard before eating.
