Ingredients ::
- 2 rabbits, cut in pieces
- 1/2 pound bacon
- flour
- salt
- pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
From: Jan Ramel, of Kewaskum, WI
Mix the flour, salt and pepper; in a bowl or plastic bag.
Dredge rabbit meat in the flour mixture to coat.
heat the vegetable oil in a heavy frying pan.
fry the rabbit in oil on both sides until done, about 30 minutes.
Fry the bacon in the pan with the rabbit.
