Ingredients ::
  • 1 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 8 thick pork chops
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 (10.5 oz.) cans condensed chicken with rice soup

Makes: 8 servings

In a shallow dish, mix the flour, dry mustard, and seasoned salt.

Heat oil, dredge chops in the flour mixture and brown in frying pan.

Place the chops in the slow cooker.

Pour the soup over the chops.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
