Ingredients ::
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 package lemon instant pudding
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup oil

Note: this will freeze well.
In a mixing bowl, mix together all of the ingredients and beat four 4 minutes.
Grease and flour two small loaf pans. Pour 1/2 of the batter into each pan.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 40 minutes.
The bread will split on top.
Check if done with a tooth pick into the center, that should come up dry.
Remove from oven with oven mitts.
Let cool before serving.
